SUPER EAGLES STARS; WE FEAR NO FOES
Ahead of the World Cup draws billed for tomorrow in Brazil, Super Eagles stars have stated categorically they're not scared of the prospects of being drawn against top teams like Brazil, Spain, or any other top team for that matter.
Kenneth Omeruo of Chelsea fc, says he and his teammates are not scared of any team they get tomorrow at the draws, insisting the Eagles are good enough to play against even the so called top teams.
"we dont mind who we get in the draw. We've shown what we can do against the best teams, we will be returning to Brazil next year better than we where at the FIFA Confederations Cup six months ago" he said.
Meawhile,Celtic fc of Scotland defender Efe Ambrose has told Complete Sports he believes success at the World Cup is more a matter of adequate preparation rather than team pedigree.
"The NFF should ensure we're adequately prepared and then we can face any opponent in Brazil".
"Praying for a particular team to play against may not in any way help us, we need to do a a lot of preparations for the tournament because this is different from the qualifiers".
"We have been at the World Cup before and it's a good experience for us. We need to build on that and see how we do better at World Cup" he said.
Rangers International of Enugu goalkeeper is confident the Super Eagles are as good as Brazil or Spain, saying they're ready for any opponent.
"Nobody gave us a chance at the Nations Cup yet we won the competition, so we should not be written off before the draws".
The draws tomorrow (Friday 6th) in Brazil and the whole world awaits to see who plays against who at the tournament.
